Wild Rye – Elymus SPP.: Edible & Medicinal Uses of Couch Grass
Bottle brush rye (Elymus hystrix) is occasionally found on grassy slopes and gravel flats around Haliburton, Ontario. There’s also a northern bottle brush rye (Elymus bigelovianus).
